Draft prepared for Simenity. Have a qualified lawyer review it before publishing, and replace every highlighted field in square brackets with your own details.
In short
Cancel a monthly plan any time; access continues to the end of the period.
A simulation that fails on our side is returned to your account.
Unused pay-as-you-go simulations can be refunded within [14] days.
Write to us; a person reviews every request.
01Cancelling a monthly plan
Cancel Pro, Growth or Agency at any time from billing settings in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing. Your pages, runs and results stay in your account; you can export or delete them whenever you like.
02Refunds on monthly plans
Monthly payments are not refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires it. If you are charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep and have not run a simulation in the new period, write to us within [7] days of the charge and we will refund it.
03Pay-as-you-go simulations
A pay-as-you-go simulation you have not started can be refunded within [14] days of purchase. Once a simulation has started, it is not refundable, but its ten cycles stay available to you.
04When a run fails on our side
If a simulation fails because of a problem with Simenity, the simulation or cycle is returned to your account automatically. If it is not, tell us and we will return it or refund it.
05Pages we cannot read
If we cannot load your page (for example it needs a login, or blocks automated access), the run stops before it starts and nothing is charged.
06Downgrades and upgrades
Upgrades start immediately and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Simulations included in a plan do not carry over when you change plan.
07How to ask
Email hello@simenity.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] working days of approval.
This policy does not take away any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
