Draft prepared for Simenity. Have a qualified lawyer review it before publishing, and replace every highlighted field in square brackets with your own details.
In short
Test pages you own, or pages you have permission to test.
Do not use audiences to discriminate against people.
Do not present simulated results as real measurements.
Do not attack, overload or copy the service.
01Pages you test
You may submit pages you own, pages you have written permission to test (for example a client’s), and public pages for competitive research, as long as you do not use the results to mislead anyone about that page’s owner.
You may not submit pages that:
- are illegal where you or we operate, or promote illegal goods or services;
- contain malware, phishing or deceptive downloads;
- sexualise minors, or promote violence, terrorism or hate against people based on protected characteristics;
- infringe someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
- sit behind a login you are not authorised to share.
02Audiences
Audiences in Simenity describe interests, intent and the targeting ad networks sell. Do not use them to exclude or target people unfairly based on race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age or other protected characteristics, including for housing, employment or credit ads where the law forbids it.
03Results
Simenity results are simulated ranges. Do not present them to clients, investors or the public as measured performance, or remove the labels that mark them as predictions.
04The service itself
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of Simenity without written permission. Report vulnerabilities to security@simenity.com.
- Do not overload the service, get around usage limits, or share one account between unrelated users.
- Do not scrape, copy or reverse engineer the service or its models, or use its output to train a competing product.
- Do not resell access unless you have an agency agreement with us.
05What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, stop a run, suspend or close an account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
06Reporting misuse
If you think someone is using Simenity against this policy, including by testing your page without permission, write to abuse@simenity.com.
